Definitions • ZoneVPS.fr: Refers to the website and company providing VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and related services. • Client / User: Any individual or organization purchasing or using our services. • Services: The full range of products provided by ZoneVPS.fr, including but not limited to VPS, hosting, domains, SSL certificates, etc.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you accept these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

ZoneVPS.fr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or your client area.

  1. Orders and Payment • All services are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually). • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the service. • Prices are listed in Euros (€), including taxes unless otherwise stated.

  1. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree not to:

•    Host or distribute illegal content (e.g., malware, pirated software, hate speech, illegal pornography).
•    Engage in spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, or other abusive behaviors.
•    Violate any applicable laws (French, European, or international).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that breach our Acceptable Use Policy.

  1. Service Availability and Maintenance

ZoneVPS.fr strives to provide high service availability (uptime > 99.9%). However, downtime may occur due to:

•    Planned maintenance (with notice when possible)
•    Unforeseen technical incidents or force majeure events

No automatic compensation is guaranteed unless specifically stated in a custom SLA.

  1. Backups and Client Responsibility • Clients are fully responsible for their own backups. ZoneVPS.fr does not guarantee data recovery in case of loss. • Clients are solely responsible for all content and activity hosted on their services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

ZoneVPS.fr shall not be held liable for:

•    Data loss or business interruption due to technical failure or user error
•    Any indirect damages (e.g., revenue loss, reputation damage)
•    Service outages caused by external events or force majeure

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the last 30 days.

  1. Suspension and Termination

ZoneVPS.fr reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in the event of:

•    Violation of these TOS or applicable law
•    Non-payment after 5 days of invoice due date
•    Verified abuse or third-party complaint

Clients may cancel services at any time via the client portal.
