We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time orders of VPS hosting services. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
Exclusions:
• Refunds do not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, licenses, or any third-party services.
• This guarantee is available only once per customer/account.
• Abuse of the platform (e.g., spamming, hosting prohibited content) voids eligibility.

Refunds are not available for:
• Renewals of existing services.
• Services purchased via cryptocurrency or non-reversible payment methods.
• Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
